That sounds very good, few things though:
1. You're missing RAM, hard drive, and a motherboard. These will increase the price quite a bit. I don't think you'll be able to keep it under $500 when you add these parts with those specs.
2. That blue case, oo ahh you can do better than that :p Not a huge fan of see through cases I guess.
