The standard capacity of a printer is what it comes with already, and the maximum is what can be added to for an additional charge. With the standard tray configuration the 2430n has a standard capacity of 350 sheets of paper. An additional universal five hundred sheet tray can be added to increase your storage capacity and reach the maximum of 850 pages.

Considering all that has been mentioned, perhaps it is wise to mention the storage output as well. Each printer has an interesting feature that prevents too many pages from being printed and just sitting in the output tray. In order for the printing to continue the tray would require emptying. With a maximum of two hundred and fifty pages, the output tray on the 2430n would be difficult to reach without having been emptied.

Connection can mean many things for the consumer for the most part it can be a great feature. For example, a networking feature allows many people to access the machine, thus eliminating the need for each computer to be set up with one, a cost efficient solution for the employer. Although when multiple jobs are sent to the machine, it will order them as to which was received first. The HP Jetdirect has been installed into the printer, allowing more jobs to be sent to one printer.

In regards to everything that has been reviewed, the HP LaserJet 2430n printer would be an excellent addition to any small to medium office setting. Although the one thing that should be mentioned is if you require color documents, this may not be the ideal printer. Any size job can be completed quickly and efficiently with its rapid processing time. Also the image and text resolutions on the documents will have a professional appeal for anyone.

The professional look of printed documents is largely due to the quality of the 2430n laser toners. The company sets high standards for its machines and this carries over to the HP toners.  Online retailers offer such great prices on cartridge that no one will want to order anywhere else.
