Which Computer is Better?

I'm buying a used gaming computer and I would like to know which one is better. I'm leaning more towards option 1 because it has a monitor included but I need to know which is better TECHNICALLY and SPEC wise.

As the title says its a Gaming / general home computer for sale -- Custom built -- Clear side panel gaming case , Amd 8600B triple core proc. , 2 gigs ddr2 ram , 7600gts video card , 160g HDD , Mobo- M3A MSI , dvd drive , Currently has XP Media center on it fresh install

If you are going to be gaming, they are both good computers.

Let's start by looking at option 1:
It has a better graphics card, I believe the GT220 has significantly more dedicated memory, at 1GB compared to the 256MB which I believe the 7600GTS has. The GT220 also has double the amount of cores which will easily out perform the 7600GTS. But this machine only has a 2 core 2.2 ghz processor.

Option 2:
The Processor in this machine is better than the one in option one. The AMD 8600B has 3 cores at 2.3ghz I believe where option one only has 2 cores at 2.2 ghz, and the more cores in a processor the merrier.

Everything else on the machines look about the same, except on the first option I don't know what type of RAM it is, is it DDR, DDR2, or DDR3. That can make a difference. But if I were you, I would get option 1, it has a better graphics card and if you check the motherboards website, you can check to see how much you can upgrade your cpu and you might be able to put a better processor in it, but a dual core processor will still do the job, but I would check to see if you can upgrade the cpu to a triple core or possible a quad core. In the end if you get option 1, you will get a monitor, keyboard, and mouse, and with option 2 you will have to buy that, and with the extra money saved on option 1 you could upgrade your cpu.
